The First Step in Body Minding

The very first step in the body minding process is to start with gratitude.

A female comedian once joked that she ought to be grateful for the body she has now. Because in 20 years, when she looks back in her in old photo album, her body will look pretty darn good compared to 20 years later.

So, the key is to be here now. See it as it is and be grateful and count your blessings.

Everything you have done, eaten, or enjoyed has brought you to this day.

Be happy, accept the present, forget the past, and move on and improve in the future.

Now, go ahead. Take an inventory of all the things around your health you can be grateful for.

Body Minding and Financial Worries

This blog has been created to keep everyone up to date with what is going on in the world of nutrition and movement.
