John D.

John had his first session last week. I was a little concerned because he is 64 and stiff as a board and has had extreme neck pain since Sept 2007. I was therefore happy to hear that after the session he was pain free for the first time in months. He has a long way to go to keep him there. But, that was better than I had expected. Who says pain is something you have to live with for the rest of your life? So many people are resigned to this gloomy prognosis and it is completely unnecessary. I have seen so many people this last 15 years who had just about given up after seeing everyone who they thought might help. I am still amazed at how this simple method just works. It almost seems too good to be true even for me after 15 years of doing it. I always say, 'no, it can't be that easy to get out of pain!'. But, the body/soma is truly a miracle and has powers lying within it that we have not begun to grasp.

Of course not all people can completely resolve every health and pain issue with this work. But, 100% of the people I see benefit in SOME way. That is because 100% of the people I see have some degree of Sensory-Motor Amnesia. And this is NOT a medical problem. It is an issue revolving around forgetting about how to use your body. Who do you know who doesn't have THAT problem? Even teenagers are stiff. I certainly was. Much better now though at 52!
